How do you put a midi or mp3 file which was sent by email to you Music File in Windows Vista?

If a midi file or a mp3 file was sent to email (via Yahoo Mail) on Windows Vista, how do I get the file in my Music File on Windows Vista? I just can't figure out how to do this because Vista is so new to me and I am having a Senior Moment, lol. Thanks and God bless you. ?

If the file was send to you via attachment, you would have to open that attachment and save it to anywhere you please.

After saving it(If it's you didn't already save it in the Music folder), go find where you saved it, right click it, click "cut", and then click the icon at the bottom left of the shiny bar at the bottom of the screen(The Windows flag) and open up at the right "Music".

When that opens, right click inside and click "paste".
