Though your question is confusing. It may be some other hidden programmes, or viruses that causing the problem. If your not using a system that is used by many persons such as Internet Cafe or places like that, never expect a good response from system, the system might be acting according to the direction it gets from those programmes, first eliminate those programmes, Best of Luck
