You will need to send an HTML email and use the %26lt;embed%26gt; or %26lt;object%26gt; elements.

It's probably better to host it somewhere and use the URL to the location rather than just the file name, because the mail program won't "find" it in many cases. For example, if you send it as an attachment and the recipient's mail program stores it in C:\\some_directory\attachments, you'd have no way of knowing that location.
