How do i cange my mail from western European(iso) to Hebrew(windows)?

If you are using IE. Just right click of the page and select "Encoding". If "Hebrew" is not in the list, go to more.

If you are using FireFox. Got to "View" menu and select from "Characters Encoding" list.
