How do I move mail from Outlook Express on XP to Outlook 2003 on a new pc running Vista?

How do I move mail from Outlook Express on XP to Outlook 2003 on a new pc running Vista?

Is this even possible as I have been trying for days using other question answers!

I run Outlook express on an old pc. I need to move all my mail (as I definitely need it!) and address book to a new pc which runs Vista. I would ideally like to use Outlook 2003 but should I just use Windows Mail?

An answer on how to move to either program would be great, ideally Outlook 2003

Thanks

just download it back!!!
Outlook 2003 will not work on Vista.

User the XP transfer wizzard utility to move these settings.

In XP

Start %26gt; All Programs %26gt; Accessories %26gt; System tools %26gt; Files and Settings Transfer Wizzard

Best to save to memory stick for the transfer.
I don't think that there are easy way to download it! the best thing is to send your e-mail again to your self.... and than you will have it all togheter again...about your address book...just copy it manually!!

I'm sorry....
