I am missing the file msi.dl_ from my windows xp home edition sp2 cd and need some one to e-mail it

after having my xp disk for a while it has scratches and now i cant upddate my computer do to a file that will not read off my cd somebody .plz help windows ME sucks

if u hav the win xp cd but dont know how to get the file iwould right click on the cd-rom drive with the disk in and go to explore then go to I386 and search for the file
