Uninstall IE through Add or Remove%26gt; restart %26gt; re install IE that should fix it. You should download Mozilla Firefox it's way more reliable no error messages you can have both. Find MF below it's free and I guarantee you you will not be disappointed.

lots of problems on explorer at the moment but they will sort it out.usually just click the refresh button if it freezes or there is no web page.
