My mom and I use the same computer. She has a standard user account in Windows Vista, and she is not able to access any website through Internet Explorer (though she can go anywhere she wants on Firefox) and cannot check her e-mail using Windows Mail. My account is an administrator account, and I can do both of these things. What's the problem? How can I change this? Does my mom need to be given an administrator account to browse the internet or use her e-mail? That seems absurd.
