How do I set up an e-mail sub-group in btinternet and then add another e-mail account ?

Have followed on-screen advice which indicates that if the "create another subgroup" option is not available, then I have reached the maximum amount, however I have only one e-mail account set up.

Need to set up an e-mail account for another user in my household - have set it up in Windows Mail, but this account is not recognised in bt internet yet, so need to create an e-mail subgroup to tie the two together
