i got some friend , but they had mail address kind of

john.micheal@kent.k11.wa.us , can i send my yahoo mail to them or i need use the windows mail in my computer

Im not quite sure what you are mean but i will try to help you.

You can send any mail as long as it is goin to a valid email address.

(if that is their email you should remove it)
